Module-Specific Terms and Conditions

A. Safety Arena Tab

• Users shall provide accurate and verifiable personal data, including full legal names at registration.
• Users are obligated to input truthful and real-time movement logs for safety tracking.
• Consent must be obtained from any individual listed as a “Trusted Buddy” prior to their inclusion.
• The public safety verification tool shall be used solely for legitimate verification purposes.
• Any security concerns must be escalated to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
• Trusted Buddies agree to use acquired movement data solely for security or emergency purposes.
• The App shall retain log data for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, after which such data shall be permanently deleted.
• The Platform shall bear no liability for any misuse or abuse of data by Trusted Buddies.
• All payments made in respect of this feature must originate from the User's own authorised banking account.

B. Buying and Selling Arena

• Users warrant that all goods and services listed are lawfully acquired and not subject to dispute or encumbrance.
• The sale of stolen or unauthorised goods shall be prosecuted under relevant criminal statutes.
• No User shall act as an agent or representative of another without lawful authority.
• The Platform disclaims all liability regarding the identity or authenticity of sellers; buyers must conduct their own due diligence.
• Users shall conduct transactions in public or otherwise safe environments at their own discretion and risk.
• Buyers shall demand receipts and confirm the authenticity of items prior to payment.
• Fees charged by the Platform are independent of the price of goods/services.
• Only authorised banking channels are permitted for transactions. Any deviation shall be at the User’s sole risk.

C. Name Your Price Arena

Terms herein are pari materia with the provisions of Section B above and shall apply mutatis mutandis, with emphasis on:

• Legality of goods/services;
• Buyer verification obligations;
• Platform non-liability for vendor identity or transaction authenticity;
• Discretion in pricing negotiations and meeting arrangements;
• Exclusive use of authorised financial instruments.

D. Jobs, Rent, and Hotel Booking Arena

• Users must input only genuine and verifiable personal or business details.
• All Users assume sole liability for engagements resulting from connections made via the App.
• Prospective employers agree to perform independent verification and assume liability for employment decisions.
• Prospective tenants and guests are required to conduct physical inspections before any monetary commitment.
• Users shall be solely responsible for their safety and decisions arising from contacts made through this feature.
• Transactions must be processed via legitimate and authorised banking apps.

E. Dollar-Earning Tutorial Arena

• This section enables peer-to-peer idea exchange for income generation. The Platform is not a financial service provider.
• Users engage at their own discretion and shall assume full responsibility for outcomes.
• Activities must conform to all applicable laws and shall not include fraud, pyramid schemes, or unauthorised investments.
• The Platform shall not be liable for any losses or disputes arising from interactions under this Tab.
• Users must ensure all engagements are for educational purposes only.
• Platform fees are not refundable; however, defective files or poor service may be remedied or replaced at no cost.
• All payments must be transacted through the User’s personal and authorised bank accounts.

F. General Tutorial Arena

All provisions in Section E shall apply, in addition to the following:

• Trainers and trainees must meet in safe, public environments.
• The Platform bears no fiduciary or supervisory duty over tutorial engagements.
• The Platform is indemnified from all liabilities arising from financial exchanges between trainers and learners.

G. City-to-City Male-to-Female Connection Arena

• Users must submit valid, lawful, and truthful information solely for connection purposes.
• Users must independently verify the identity and intentions of individuals they engage with.
• The Platform disclaims liability for physical, emotional, or financial outcomes arising from such interactions.
• Users are encouraged to conduct thorough background checks before engaging in any form of meeting or monetary exchange.
• The Platform neither stores nor guarantees full identity disclosures of matched individuals.
• Use of the App is entirely at the User’s discretion and risk.
• All financial transactions must be conducted via the User’s own authorised banking platform.
